Important Information
- Place bins out by 6:30 AM on collection day
- Garden waste (brown bin) collection is not currently available on the estate. Leeds City Council can collect up to 4 bags of garden waste — see the garden waste collections page for details and to book
- A bank holiday on a Tuesday moves that collection (Monday ones don't) — affected dates are flagged above
- Ensure bins are not overfilled and lids close properly
- Report missed collections via the Leeds City Council online form
- Full information on bins, recycling, replacement bins, assisted collections and more: Leeds City Council — Bins and Recycling
- New homes may not be automatically added to the collection route — first check your bin day to see if your address is listed. If it isn't, submit your address and the council will arrange the collection route for you. See How do I get a black/green bin? for the full process, including how to get hold of the bins themselves.
